Privacy policy of the UltronAR mobile application
- Runvido Sp. z O., Twarda 18, 00-105 Warsaw, TAX ID: 5252783205 is the administrator of personal data and processes your personal data obtained via the UltronAR mobile application (referred to as the “App”). All personal data are processed in accordance with all legal provisions, in particular of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC – General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”)
- We do not collect personal data of children under the age of 16 in a conscious way without the consent of their parents or legal guardians. In case of doubt, parents and legal guardians are asked to contact via e-mail address: office@runvido.com
- The anonymous App identifier (created at the time of registration of the mobile application) is stored on the mobile device until the application is removed from the mobile device.
- The anonymous identifier of the mobile application and information provided by the operating systems of the mobile device (brand, model, hardware identifier of the mobile device) are sent to us upon activation of the device in the mobile application to verify the authenticity of the mobile application. The mobile application communicates with us using encryption mechanisms.
- The App can access the following permissions on your mobile device, including:
a) Location: The App may access your device’s location to deliver personalized content and improve the quality of our services including experiencing Augmented Reality
b) Personal Data: The App may collect personal data such as your name, email address, and other information provided during account registration in order to verify your account;
c) Camera and Image Gallery: The App may use the camera and image gallery to enable augmented reality features and share App-related content during the game. The App may request access to camera and image gallery that you voluntarily upload through the App’s interface as well as images captured using your device’s camera. The images may include photographs, screenshots from within the App, or any other visual content that you decide to share with us. We collect it to provide and improve the services offered through the App, especially gaming experience and to ensure the content is relevant and appropriate for all users. The AR game organizer has access to the images you post in order to assess the progress of the game in which you are taking part.
d) Contact List: The App may request access to your device’s contact list (including user’s device’s contact names, email addresses, phone numbers, and other relevant contact information) to create a player ranking list among individuals who have the App installed and to generate push notifications informing you when your friends have installed the App on their devices. This feature enhances your social gaming experience by allowing you to connect and compete with friends within the App. The contact list access is solely used for the purpose of facilitating friend interactions and enhancing gameplay. Your contact list data will be processed securely and will not be shared with third parties for any other purposes. You can choose to grant or deny access to your contact list within the App’s settings. If you grant access, you will have the option to invite your friends to the App and engage in friendly competition. - The App application may collect the following personal data of users:
a) geographic coordinates (location of the mobile device);
b) technical data of the device (brand, model, operating system and its version);
c) first name, last name;
d) gender;
e) date of birth and age;
f) user’s details (e-mail address, phone number);
g) data on the use of the application (history of names, achievements) and the individual user’s account;
h) image (photos and videos);
i) voice (sound recorded in videos);
j) metadata (graphic files in text form)
k) user’s device’s Contact List: contact names, email addresses, phone numbers, and other relevant contact information. - The App collects personal data of users in order to:
a) Account Verification: User’s personal data is used for verifying and managing your account within the App.
b) Personalized Advertising: Data is used to deliver personalized advertising content.
c) App Improvement: Data is analyzed to continuously enhance the quality and performance of the App.
d) Technical Support: Data helps us provide technical support and address issues related to the App.
e) User Safety: Data is utilized to ensure the security of App usage and protect against fraudulent activities.
f) Player Ranking Creation: Data is used to create player rankings, including friends, within the App.
g) Push Notifications: Data may be used to send push notifications informing you of your friends’ activities within the App. - All permissions (mobile device features and information) that users grant to the App app are visible in the settings panel of their mobile device. You can manage these settings in the settings panel. The App permissions can be revoked by changing the settings on the mobile device or by uninstalling the mobile application.
