If your gameplay is private, in its details you will find a dedicated QR code, which is necessary to join the game. If you publish a public gameplay, you will find a link directly to it in its details.

Absolutely not! :) Our NO CODE platform is based on a drag-and-drop system, making it extremely easy to build a game and anyone can create their own gameplay.

1. You set the languages of the game when you create it - you can add many different languages for your game, but you must enter the message content for each of them.
2. You can easily change the language of the panel in the upper right corner of the panel.

Just downloading the app and registering a player is ALWAYS free.

Unfortunately, editing the published gameplay is not possible. You can only duplicate an existing game, edit and publish again, but this functions as a separate game.

Downloading gameplay images is not necessary - in the report you get links to all the images taken, which you can view at any time.

Public gameplays are those that every player sees after entering the UltronAR app. Private gameplays can only be joined after scanning a dedicated QR code or a link invitation.

It depends on whether you have a nice handwriting :). There should be no problem, however, we recommend you to write the text in capital letters.

QR codes are generated automatically on our platform - you cannot add your own QR code to the game.

By default, our system will be able to recognize everything and even by brand! If you want a user to have to recognize an object in your game that you don't see listed, contact us!

You can add your own sound to your AR character - so your character can sing, hum or tell riddles as you interact!

In the quiz, the player answers a question for which there is a predetermined single correct answer; there are no wrong answers in the choice of options, there are only player choices :)

If you choose manual validation, photo validation will be on you and your moderators or annotators, if you have any.

By default, one account is for one person - do not reveal your login information to anyone, take care of your online security.

Yes, the registration on the platform itself is free - however, the free plan carries limitations on functionality. To get the most out of UltronAR, choose any of the paid subscription plans.

As long as your account is active and the gameplay has not been removed from the platform, you have unlimited access to the statistics.

At any time during the gameplay, as well as after the end of the gameplay, you can access the statistics. Remember, however, that you can only generate a report 1 time per hour.

The gameplay history report is a table in .csv format in which you can see the path of each user's gameplay progression, the time taken to complete each task, links to locations and to validated images, points awarded for a task and even their choices in tasks.
Ranking report shows the players arranged in descending order of the number of points earned, the time taken to complete the entire game and their contact information.

Of course! You can switch to a higher subscription plan at any time, which will work as soon as you pay. However, if you want to change to a lower subscription plan, it will start working at the beginning of the next billing period.

In the free plan, you can create one private gameplay per month.

A subscription is not something you can "return". You can cancel your subscription at any time, in which case your account will remain active until your payment expires, and then it will switch to the free plan.
